Content of this course is the same as our in-house in-person course, but some lecture and exercise information will be handled via e-mail. The course will include the Course Notes and texts, plus a video tape. Cost: $400 per person. Lower rates will be available for more than one person using the materials, and we will trust participants to let us know how many people are using the same video tape, etc.
